       Adopts high quality GUOMAO reduction box,model:315.Ratio:12.5.Gear reducer driven by helical gear on hard tooth surface.The gear material is of high

       quality 20CrMoTi Forging parts,high frequency treatment,hardness hrc54-58(tooth surface grinding).

          It is used to filter impurities in the extrusion process.

             Mold material adopts 40 Cr forge

             The die heating area have 5 zones

                ◆  Three roller of  calender 

               1. Transmission mode: Three-roller independent motor control, each motors control by inverter. (Servo motor control is optional)

               2. roll adjust way: Control by turbine and worm synchronous

               3. Three-rollers circulating water cooling

               4. Inner screw type roller, ensure cooling effective

               5. The roller is processed by medium frequency.The surface hardness of the roller is HRc58 or above,and quenching depth is 3-5mm

               6. The bearing pedestal is made of 45# steel. The structure is divided into sections for easy bearing replacement and maintenance

          ◆  Material traction

              There are two options for material traction.If the machine area needs to be smaller,bridge traction can be used.

      ◆  Edge cutting device

          Two cutting knives can be used on both sides to effectively remove the edge material and cut the sheet material to reach the required width.

Q：What's your delivery date?
A：Usually finish the production within 45 days after received your 30% advanced payment, actually need to check according our stock & production plan.

Q: Terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T with 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. Also we could accept L/C at sight.

Q: How many days will the finish installing ?
A: We will finish installation and training within 15days.

Q: How long is your machine's warranty period?
A: All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from the day when finished installation.

Q: How could we do after one year warranty period?
A: We provide 1 year warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide free machine parts and repair service but not including shipping cost if it is not caused by human factors. After 1 year, we provide lifetime service with affordable charge.

Q: How many worker do we need to operate those machines?
A: Usually one machine needs 1-2 operators.

Q: Could you supply raw materials?
A: We can help you to order the raw materials and arrange the shipment together with machines.
